The dynamics of water exchange parameters of small river basins in the region of the East Asian monsoon

This study determines the main and auxiliary parameters of the model of flood cycle for a small river basin, their spatial distribution across the territory of the southern part of the Far East, and temporal variability. It is found that there is a tendency for an increase of the amount of the surface runoff, and of the number of days with the surface runoff for the rivers in the submontane and plain regions as well as an increase of the base runoff for the rivers in the region of water-resource formation.
