Fucosylated glycoproteomic approach to identify a complement component 9 associated with squamous cell lung cancer (SQLC)

► A glycoproteomics approach to identify squamous cell lung cancer (SQLC). ► Identification of the C9 as a biomarker for SQLC. ► Validation by Western blot, protein chip and hybrid lectin ELISA, C9 shows a good indication. ► C9 levels were significantly higher in SQLC compared with healthy and other types of cancers.
