Mass spectrometric characterization of isoform variants of peanut (Arachis hypogaea) stem lectin (SL-I)

Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis identified six isoforms in Arachis hypogaea stem lectin SL-I. Amino acids alterations among the isoforms were confirmed by tandem mass spectrometry.301
