Ditopic bis(oxazolines): Synthesis and structural studies of zinc(II), copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes

► A dinucleating polyoxazoline ligand was prepared. ► Zn(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) dinuclear complexes were prepared. ► X-ray analysis revealed dinuclear species with an overall S shape. ► Magnetic studies suggest a very weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the ions.
