Tin(IV) sulfide: Novel nanocrystalline morphologies

► Nanocrystalline SnS2 were synthesized using mild reaction conditions and organic additives. ► Compounds were characterized by PXRD, UV-Vis spectroscopy, TGA and TEM microscopy. ► Morphologies of the products were flower-like, sheet-like, fibrous and layer-rolled structures.
