Cu2+ and Ni2+ interactions with N-terminal fragments of Hpn and Hpn-like proteins from Helicobacter pylori

The comparison of Hpn-like and des-angiotensinogen peptides coordination ability shows that the former peptide is an even better ligand for Ni2+ ion than the latter one.
