Synthesis and in vitro anti-hepatitis B virus activity of six-membered azanucleoside analogues

Fifteen novel six-membered azanucleoside derivatives were prepared and evaluated for their anti-hepatitis B virus activity and cytotoxicity in human hepatoblastoma-derived liver Hep-G2 cells.
