Synthesis, insecticidal activities and SAR of novel phthalamides targeting calcium channel

Compounds B2, B10, C4 and C5 exhibited good activities against oriental armyworm, and they showed obvious effects on [Ca2+]i in the central neurons of Spodoptera exigua when extracellular Ca2+ was absent (EGTA replaced Ca2+).
