Synthesis and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity evaluation of N-substituted aminomethyl-β-d-glucopyranosides

A series of N-substituted 1-aminomethyl-β-d-glucopyranoside derivatives has been prepared and tested in vitro for their inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase.
