Synthesis of quinolinomorphinan derivatives as highly selective δ opioid receptor ligands

The study of the structure-activity relationship of KNT-127 derivatives showed that the 5′- and 8′-positions on the quinoline ring would be the most appropriate sites for modification to enhance the affinity and selectivity for the δ receptor.
