Synthesis and pharmacology of 1-methoxy analogs of CP-47,497

The synthesis and pharmacology of three 1-methoxy analogs of CP-47,497 (n = 4 and 5) are described. The CB1 and CB2 receptor affinities of these compounds are reported. Molecular modeling and receptor docking studies are presented.
