Synthesis and study of benzothiazole conjugates in the control of cell proliferation by modulating Ras/MEK/ERK-dependent pathway in MCF-7 cells

Conjugate (4o) cause G2/M cell cycle arrest and inhibit cell growth by Ras dependent pathway involving key downstream targets that help in cell proliferation such as ERK1/2, MEK, MAPK and proteins that aid invasion such as integrin and VEGF.
