Structure-activity relationships for inhibition of human cholinesterases by alkyl amide phenothiazine derivatives

A number of phenothiazine N-alkyl amide derivatives were synthesized in order to examine the structure-activity relationships for inhibition of human acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase.
