Synthesis of some novel hydrazone and 2-pyrazoline derivatives: Monoamine oxidase inhibitory activities and docking studies

A series of novel hydrazone and 2-pyrazoline derivatives were synthesized and tested with MAO-A and MAO-B isozymes. The modeling studies were also carried out to get an insight into binding mode and computational inhibition constant (Ki) values.
