Expanding the structural diversity of Bcr-Abl inhibitors: Hybrid molecules based on GNF-2 and Imatinib

Based on Imatinib and GNF-2, twenty hybrid molecules (series E and P compounds), designed as novel Bcr-Abl inhibitors, were synthesized and evaluated for their antitumor activity.
