Design and synthesis of a biotinylated probe of COX-2 inhibitor nimesulide analog JCC76

JCC76 is a derivative of COX-2 inhibitor nimesulide. It significantly inhibits cancer cell growth. Biotinylated JCC76 as a probe was designed and synthesized and exhibited similar anti-cancer activity as JCC76.
