Design and synthesis of 1H-1,2,3-triazoles derived from econazole as antitubercular agents

1H-1,2,3-triazoles (3) were designed from econazole (1) and prepared by microwave-assisted click chemistry from azides (4) and alkynes to discover antitubercular agents.
