Synthesis and biological evaluation of 7-O-modified oroxylin A derivatives

A novel class of 7-O-modified oroxylin A derivatives with an N-based hydrophilic hetercycle introduced at C7-OH via a certain length of carbon chain was designed and synthesized, and their antitumor activities were also evaluated.
