Synthesis and biological evaluation of a novel series of aryl S,N-ketene acetals as antileishmanial agents

A series of aryl S N ketene acetals 7(a-f) was synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro and in vivo antileishmanial activity against Leishmania donovani.
