Electrical insulated paper from cotton linter

► Mechanical properties of paper made from blended cotton linter had higher properties than paper made from cotton linter. ► The strength properties of the prepared paper enhanced after impregnating paper in linseed oil. ► The dielectric constant in sample which dipped in oil gave the best results.
