Pharmacophore identification of α1A-adrenoceptor antagonists

In this paper three-dimensional pharmacophore hypotheses were built from a training set of 30 α1A-adrenoceptor antagonists. The best pharmacophore is considered to be used in designing new leads for hopefully more active compounds.
