Pharmacological evaluation of tea polysaccharides with antioxidant activity in gastric cancer mice

► The sugar fractions of tea polysaccharides were combined into three fractions. ► TF-1, TF-2 and TF-3 were 231,568 Da, 46,278 Da and 7251 Da, respectively. ► Tea polysaccharides could decrease stomach MDA level, serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels. ► Tea polysaccharides could increase serum IgA, IgG, IgM, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 levels. ► Tea polysaccharides could increase stomach antioxidant enzymes activities.
