In vivo evaluation of in situ polysaccharide based hydrogel for prevention of postoperative adhesion

► A polysaccharide based hydrogel as an anti-adhesion agent was developed. ► The developed hydrogel showed the great capacity on the prevention of adhesions. ► The developed hydrogel was biodegradable and non-toxic.
