Characterization and controlled release aloe extract of collagen protein modified cotton fiber

► The CPMCF is prepared by the reaction of oxidized cotton fiber with collagen protein. ► Collagen protein combined with oxidized cotton fiber by the CN of imine bond. ► Controlled release of aloe anthraquinone extract using the CPMCF as a drug carrier. ► Crystallinity of the CPMCF is determined by peaks separation and curves imitation of the diffractograms.
