► Immunosuppressed mice was administrated Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides (CMP). ► CMP can overcome the cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression. ► Enhancing spleen lymphocyte activity and macrophage function. ► Raising the SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and TAOC level and the spleen and thymus indices. ► Decreasing MDA level.
