Structure and chain conformation of water-soluble heteropolysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum

► We isolated polysacchrides from the fruit body of the mushroom Ganoderma lucidum. ► We characterize the structures and chain conformation of the fractions and measured the degree of branch. ► The degree of branch of the polysaccharides affect the water-solubility.
