Synthesis of polysucrose-based nanoparticles by a one-step method

► We synthesize polysucrose-based nanoparticles by a one-step self-assembly method. ► We examine the adsorption behavior of the nanoparticles under different solution pH values. ► The product has good biocompatibility, low toxicity and good hydrophilicity of polysaccharide-based media. ► This study extends the application of natural sugar.
