Amphiphilic and thermosensitive copolymers based on pullulan and Jeffamine®: Synthesis, characterization and physicochemical properties

► We synthesized biocompatible and thermosensitive copolymers based on Jeffamine. ► Copolymers have amphiphilic character at 25 °C and low concentration. ► The structures of the copolymers are more compact than that of the precursor. ► The sol-gel temperature is adjusted by varying the grafting degree of Jeffamine. ► The hydrogels have good viscoelastic properties for applications as delivery systems.
