An original chemoenzymatic route for the synthesis of β-d-galactofuranosides using an α-l-arabinofuranosidase

Syntheses of various disaccharides were performed by an enzymatic transglycosylation reaction catalysed by an α-l-arabinofuranosidase in the presence of p-nitrophenyl β-d-galactofuranoside as the glycosyl donor.
