Optimization of power consumption on silicon directional solidification system by using numerical simulations

► We will carry out furnace designs on silicon casting system by using numerical simulations. ► Simplifications have been made in our simulation to make it practical of solving industry scale problems within reasonable time range. ► Power consumption has been optimized in our design. ► The numerical results has been verified by experimental data also.
