Novel protein-protein interactions between Entamoeba histolyticad-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase and phosphoserine aminotransferase

► EhPGDH and EhPSAT are the first two enzymes of phosphorylated serine biosynthesis pathway from Entamoeba. ► Novel interactions were observed between the two proteins. ► Biochemical and In Silico analysis show that the NBD-PGDH(domain) specifically interacts with EhPSAT. ► Substrate channeling was observed between the two interacting enzymes.
