Synthesis of lipophosphoramidyl-cyclodextrins and their supramolecular properties

► In this study, we synthesized Lipophosphoramidyl-Cyclodextrins. ► We optimized Atherton-Todd reaction on β-cyclodextrin. ► We completely characterized structures. ► We studied their supramolecular behavior in water and buffers. ► We highlighted the efficiency of nanoparticules to encapsulate few molecules.
