⺠Extracellular Tag7 and HspBP1 interacts in the conditioned medium from tumor cells and in human serum. ⺠HspBP1 binds Tag7 to form an HspBP1-Tag7 complex. ⺠This binding hinders the formation of a cytotoxic Tag7-Hsp70 complex.
