Disheveled proteins promote cell growth and tumorigenicity in ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma

► Dvl-2 and Dvl-3 (Dvls) are highly expressed in ALK+ALCL, a type of T-cell lymphoma. ► Dvls contribute to cell growth and tumorigenicity of ALK+ALCL. ► Dvls transduce signals via the Wnt non canonical pathways, namely via NFAT and Src. ► Dvl proteins are novel NPM-ALK interacting proteins and possibly NPM-ALK substrates.
