Association study of APC polymorphisms with colorectal cancer in Han Chinese

► We investigated the association between the APC polymorphisms and risk of colorectal cancer. ► A significant difference in genotype frequency for rs2019720 was observed. ► The results suggest that the APC polymorphisms might be involved in susceptibility to colorectal cancer.
