Potassium restores vasorelaxation of resistance arterioles in non-hypertensive DOCA/salt fed mice

► We examine endothelial-dependent vasorelaxation in a non-hypertensive mouse model. ► Intravital microscopy allows us to study vasorelaxation in resistance arterioles. ► We find that oral potassium restores DOCA/salt-induced vasodysfunction. ► We can exclude a confounding effect of hypertension on this potassium effect.
