The 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine concentrations according to hormone therapy and S326C polymorphism of OGG1 gene in postmenopausal women

►Postmenopausal hormone therapy (HT) decreased blood 8-OHdG level significantly. ►The level of urinary 8-OHdG did not show any difference according to HT. ►Pre- and post-HT 8-OHdG concentrations were not different according to OGG1 genotypes.
