Effects of chronic estradiol or testosterone treatment upon sexual behavior in sexually sluggish male rats

► We tested if chronic T or EB increase ejaculation in sexually sluggish (SS) rats. ► SS male rats remained as such despite repeated testing. ► T did not increase the percentage of SS rats that ejaculated. ► EB decreased the percentage of rats that ejaculated. ► EB decreased the size of the accessories sex glands.
