Interaction between dexibuprofen and dexketoprofen in the orofacial formalin test in mice

►The study highlights the interaction between two S (+) enantiomers of NSAIDs with different inhibitory activity in the COXs. ►The type of interactions was evaluated by means of the isobolographic analysis in the formalin oroofacial assay in mice. ►The coadministration of dexketoprofen with dexibuprofen produced synergism. ►The work implies a new contribution to multimodal analgesia.
