Purification of human respiratory syncytial virus fusion glycoprotein

► The method to purify RSV F protein from RSV particles is established. ► Gradient ultracentrifugation with two-step chromatographic process was used. ► The purified RSV F was recovered as a functional 140 kDa homodimer. ► Our protocol preserved 54% amount of the original RSV F protein.
