Respect des bonnes pratiques de distribution dans un établissement de distribution pharmaceutique du Mali : bilan et perspectives

Evaluate the quality assurance of good distribution practices in a company in Mali. Method: This paper deals with a transverse descriptive study which was preceded in a pharmaceutical wholesaler: COPHARMA SA. Our work consisted in a description of the framework of the study and various operations carried out in the company to proceed to a comparison to the standards of quality required and described by the rules of good practices of distribution (GPD). We collected the opinion of the customers (100 customers of COPHARMA SA, located in the district of Bamako) in order to measure their level of satisfaction compared to the provisions of services of the company. Results: It comes out from this study that the COPHARMA SA satisfies much of parameters concerning the GPD. Nevertheless, we could raise some failures for which we worked out a work program. We hope that it will be into practice put in order to improve considerably quality of the services suggested by the company.
