Mejora de la seguridad y evaluación de los resultados del proceso de anticoagulación oral implantado en un área de atención primaria

Application of FMEA methodology substantially improved the entire process, especially safety and the design of follow-up indicators. The present study reports the results on the follow-up of all patients with OAT, without the need for sampling, 1 year after implementation. In general, these results show good clinical management and health professionals' acceptance of carrying out the new service.
