Proteomic analysis of the brain tissues from a transgenic mouse model of amyloid β oligomers

► We perform the proteome and phosphoproteome analysis for APPE693Δ-transgenic mice. ► Methods are two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry techniques. ► The expressions of 17 proteins and 3 phosphoproteins are changed in the brain. ► Aβ oligomers contribute to the expression of proteins and phosphoproteins.
