Purification and characterization of a novel peptide with inhibitory effects on colitis induced mice by dextran sulfate sodium from enzymatic hydrolysates of Crassostrea gigas

► We studied the anti-inflammatory peptide from Crassostrea gigas using RP-HPLC. ► Purified peptide was scanned in vitro and in vivo to search the anti-inflammation effects. ► Novel peptide could be served a natural anti-inflammation effect material.
