Determination of enrofloxacin by room-temperature phosphorimetry after solid phase extraction on an acrylic polymer sorbent

► A phosphorimetric method for enrofloxacin was developed. ► A photochemical treatment was used to obtain more intense and stable analytical signal. ► SPE on a polymer was used to eliminate interferences from diclofenac and urine matrix components. ► Ultra-trace analytical capability is achieved.
