Acidity constant determination of novel drug precursor benzothiazolon derivatives including acyl and piperazine moieties

- Protonation and deprotonation behaviors were analyzed.
- It is observed that these compounds are protonated from oxygen atom in the keto form.
- Acidity constants are found to having super acidic character about -6 and -5 pKa values.
