Use of constant wavelength synchronous spectrofluorimetry for identification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in air particulate samples

► Synchronous fluorescence technique (SFT). ► SFT offers an effective, rapid, inexpensive method for identifying PAHs in mixtures. ► Using SFT we have studied air particulate samples in the urban environment of Delhi. ► Following PAHs have been identified in this work: BaA, BaP, BkF, BghiP, Flan and Pyr.
