Assembly of five metal-organic frameworks based on 2-p-methoxyphenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate

► Five coordination polymers have been hydro(solvo)thermally synthesized. ► 2-p-Methoxyphenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate react with metal ions. ► The polymers have structurally characterized by EA, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. ► The thermal and fluorescence properties the five polymers have been determined.
