The first lanthanide carboxylate complex constructed from hydroxyl bridging bimetallic units: Hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure and luminescent properties

One novel lanthanide carboxylate complex [Tb2(Dinic)2(phen)2(OH)2(H2O)2]n · 3nH2O (1) is hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The title complex represents the first example of 1D lanthanide carboxylate complex constructed from OH− bridging binuclear building unit.
