Hydrothermal syntheses and characterizations of two novel heteropolytungstate supported coordination compounds

Two novel compounds were reported in this paper. The polyoxoanion of 1 is a mono-capped Keggin cluster supported transition metal complex. Compound 2 possesses 2D supramolecular framework structure consisting of 1D covalent chains constructed from the cluster [PW12O40[Ni(1,10-phen)2(OH)]2]− linked by K+ ions.
